WHAT IS ATIS CATERING?

Atis brings its powerful, flavour-packed food to team lunches, dinner parties, and everything in between — with our new catering offering. Designed for groups of 5 or more, Atis catering offers a fresh way to experience our famous flavours.

Choose from chicken or veggie feasts that serve 10–12 and are thoughtfully designed to encompass the best of Atis. Our catering offering also allows you to build your own feast from scratch or top up our chef-curated feasts from a range of dishes. There’s also a range of sweet treats and drinks to complete your order. Flavourful and flexible — fitting for any feast.

If you’re looking to order individual bowls and plates you know from our Atis stores, these are also available to order for groups.

FAQs

1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Place your catering order via Ordit two days in advance by 4pm with one of our four catering stores. You can order individual bowls one day in advance for orders over £150; for smaller orders, same-day ordering is available. Please include any specific delivery instructions in the notes.

2. DO ATIS PROVIDE CUTLERY ETC?

Yes. If you need cutlery, please select the number of sets when ordering. Serving spoons and tongs will be provided with your order. Please note the cutlery is wooden, so you may need to supply metal cutlery for items like steak.

3. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CATERING & INDIVIDUAL BOWLS MENUS?

Our catering menu features chef-curated feasts perfect for sharing at any group meal. These serve 10–12 people and include favourites from in-store as well as exclusive catering options. Our individual bowls and plates are the same as those available in-store, ideal for groups who prefer their own salad bowls or protein plates.

4. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

Yes. Catering menu orders must be at least £100. For individual bowls, the minimum spend is £10, or £150 for next-day orders.

6. IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?

Yes, there is a £15 fee.

7. ARE THERE ANY NEW CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS?

Yes. New customers get £50 off their first order — contact Ordit via live chat to request your exclusive discount code. You’ll also receive 10% off your second order and 20% off your third within two months.

8. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

You’ll receive an email confirmation from our catering partner Ordit once your order is placed. It includes a link to track your order on the day of delivery. For any questions, use Ordit live chat and the team will assist you.

9. IS THERE AN APP?

Yes. You can download the Ordit app to place and track your order. We recommend enabling notifications to stay updated. You can also track your order under ‘My Orders’ within the app.

10. ARE THE DISHES MARKED WITH ALLERGENS & DIETARIES?

Yes. Each dish has a label on the lid listing its ingredients. You’ll also find a set of labels in the envelope included with your order to display in front of each dish. Each label details the dietary information and allergens, along with a reference table for all dishes.
