What we do

One platform, one fleet, one team

Product, engineering, operations, account management and riders: everything that gets 2,000+ corporate meals a day to the right desk.

A real product

500+ London companies, from Citibank to Wise, have ordered their office food on the platform we build and operate.

Our own fleet

Most orders arrive by e-bike, electric cargo bike or pushbike, with vans for larger runs. Operations is a craft here, not an algorithm.

300+ restaurant partners

We work directly with London's kitchens, from Farmer J to Ottolenghi, and eat well doing it.

Growing beyond London

Belfast and Edinburgh already deliver for existing clients and Budapest is live via an FM partnership, with Dubai, Warsaw and Dublin (catering only) in progress.

How Ordit hires.

Three steps, the same for every role. Tell us if you need any adjustments for interview and we will make them.

Step 1

A short practical task

About two hours, on a real Ordit problem. It predicts the job better than an interview does.

Step 2

A conversation about it

We talk through how you approached the task. The reasoning matters more than the answer.

Step 3

You meet the founder

Every hire, no exceptions. You also meet the people you would work alongside.

Don't see your role listed yet?

Good people don't always match an open listing. Tell us what you do and why Ordit. A short email beats a long CV.
