How do employees sign in?

Via SSO with their work email — Azure AD or Okta. No passwords, no separate logins. Smaller teams without SSO can use plain email signup instead.

What if someone wants to spend more than their budget?

They pay the difference on their own card at checkout, no questions asked. Ordit charges only them for that portion — the company's meal budget stays fixed, with no admin needed.

What happens to unused budget?

It resets daily or weekly depending on the rules the company sets. Nothing rolls over or gets forfeited unexpectedly — the balance simply resets the next period.

Can employees see each other's orders?

No. Every order is private to the person who placed it. Only admins see the full spend report, broken down by team, period and restaurant.

How do expenses reach our finance system?

Expense codes are captured at checkout, and once the SFTP connection is set up they are sent daily to SAP Concur or Workday. No manual reconciliation, one monthly invoice covering every order.

Can we run individual ordering and group ordering together?

Yes. Most companies use individual ordering for day-to-day lunches and group ordering for team events — both run on the same platform and land on the same invoice.
