£3.75 + VAT per delivery. 5% + VAT on monthly spend. That's it.

Ordit pricing works out in 30 seconds: the meals your team orders, a flat delivery fee, and a 5% service fee on the monthly total. Your account manager, Admin Portal, SSO, SFTP and SAP Concur integration are all included.

Here's what you actually pay

Three components, no markup, nothing hidden — the 5% service fee is applied once on the monthly invoice, not per order.

Component 1

The meal

Whatever your team orders, at menu price. An itsu grilled katsu chicken curry is £10.39 — and £10.39 is what you pay.

  • No markup:Ordit doesn't inflate restaurant prices.
  • Your budget:caps enforced at checkout; anything above goes on employees' own cards.
Component 2

The delivery fee

Fixed fees, whichever zone you're in across the 15 Central London postcodes Ordit covers.

  • Individual ASAP:£3.75 + VAT per order.
  • Group orders:£15 + VAT per delivery, one per restaurant in that order.
  • Catering:a flat £15 including VAT per order.
Component 3

The service fee

5% + VAT on your monthly total spend, applied on the invoice — not per order.

  • Covers everything:platform, Admin Portal, reporting, support and your account manager.
  • No usage:no orders means no fee and no invoice.

No hidden costs

What you don't pay

Other platforms charge add-ons for integrations, support tiers or lower delivery fees. At Ordit these are standard.

No setup fees

£0 to start. None of the integrations are required — and if you want them, SSO, SFTP feeds and expense integration are all set up at no charge.

No minimum spend

Order for one person or 500, same pricing, no tier ceilings, no monthly spend caps.

Three ways to start

Create an account, place a one-off order and pay by card — nothing to sign. Move to monthly invoicing when it suits, with or without SSO and HR feeds: without them, admins manage employees from the Admin Portal. Or go fully integrated — none of it costs extra.

No recurring charges

No subscription and no platform fee. A month with no orders costs nothing at all.

Included as standard

Everything you need is already in the price

The things other platforms sell as add-ons come standard: a named account manager, SSO via SAML 2.0 with Okta or Azure AD, daily SFTP feeds from Workday, SAP Concur and Coupa integration, live chat support and the full Admin Portal.

Included at no extra cost:

  • Named account manager, with budget reviews whenever you need them
  • SSO, SFTP and SAP Concur or Coupa integration — configured for you
  • Live chat support Mon–Fri 9:00–21:30, weekends 11:00–21:00
