Do we need SSO, or can the team just sign up?

Both work. Small teams can self-register with work emails the same day. From around 50 people, SAML 2.0 SSO with Okta, Google or Microsoft is cleaner — set up in days.

Can we change the budget as we grow?

Any time, in the Admin Portal, with immediate effect — start at £10 a day and raise it later, or split budgets by level as the team tiers out.

What about mostly-remote teams?

Click & collect lets people order ahead and pick up from a partner restaurant, with no delivery fee. There's no minimum spend either: employees who don't use the benefit cost nothing.

Can we run an all-hands lunch?

Yes. A Group Order lets everyone pick their own meal from the restaurants selected for that order, delivered together for £15 + VAT per restaurant — on a recurring schedule you choose, or arranged with Ordit as a one-off for launches and demos.

What if we want to change how we use Ordit, or stop?
