Why partner with Ordit

Volume without the chaos

Corporate demand is predictable, batched and collected by our own fleet — built for kitchens, not against them.

Corporate order volume

2,000+ corporate meals a day across the West End, the City and Canary Wharf, ordered by London companies for lunch and dinner.

Batched group orders

Recurring group orders bring around 30 meals per restaurant per slot, worth £120 on average. One prep window, one collection.

Collection is dispatched for you

Ordit books every collection. Its own riders on a predominantly electric fleet handle most runs, with vetted courier partners at peak. You never arrange a courier.

Live in days, not weeks

Most partners go live in two to four business days. Ordit integrates with Deliverect, so brands like Joe & The Juice and itsu synced their menus without re-keying anything.

What a corporate order is worth

Three order types, three very different tickets. All three are scheduled, batched where it helps, and collected on a time Ordit books.

Becoming a partner in three steps

Step 1

Tell us about your restaurant

Two minutes in the partner form: your name, kitchen postcode and locations. An account manager comes back to walk through your menu, the commission rate and the corporate demand near you.

Step 2

Onboard your menu

Two to four business days. Via Deliverect if you use it, so menus and orders sync automatically, or directly with our team. Ordit verifies your FSA rating and food safety documentation, and ships a tablet if you need one.

Step 3

Corporate orders start

Your restaurant goes live for individual orders, group orders and catering across the Ordit client base. Ordit books the collection; you cook.

Partner vetting

A quality bar that works in your favour

Ordit requires an FSA hygiene rating of 4 or 5, HACCP food safety management and allergen controls, and re-checks every rating against the FSA daily. Corporate clients choose Ordit because of that bar, and being on the platform tells them your kitchen meets it.

What the roster looks like:

  • High-street names: itsu, Farmer J, Joe & The Juice, Coco di Mama, Pizza Pilgrims
  • Premium dining: Ottolenghi, Sticks'n'Sushi, Emilia's, Obicà
  • Caterers: Eden Caterers, Benugo, Route Catering, Owen Brothers

Predictable volume

Steady weekday demand, planned in advance

Recurring group orders run on a fixed weekly schedule with a set cutoff — you know the slot before the day and the exact count before you prep. Individual on-demand orders fill the gaps, and catering bookings land with notice.
