Boardroom and client dining

What can you cater for a meeting?

Whatever the room needs — a two-person client lunch, a working session, an all-day training. Order from any restaurant or caterer that delivers to the address: shared platters for the table, or individually boxed meals labelled by name so nobody has to ask what they can eat. Offices, hotels, meeting rooms and event spaces are all fine as the delivery address.

Booking a meeting

  • Up to 15 people can usually order for ASAP delivery, arriving in 30–60 minutes. For 20–50, same-day is normally fine with 2–4 hours’ notice; above 50, a day’s notice is best.
  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, halal and kosher options are filterable per person, with allergen information as provided by each vendor.
  • One flat £15 including VAT delivery per catering order however large the room, and one monthly invoice broken down by team, department or cost centre.

Breakfast catering

Do you cater breakfast?

Yes. Breakfast is one of the categories Ordit's partners are picked for: Bagel Factory, Joe & The Juice, Yolk, Alba and Tossed all deliver into Central London offices. Bagels, pastries, fruit and juice for an early meeting or a training day, on platters for the table or individually boxed and labelled, exactly as with lunch. Plan around £6–£12 a head — the usual London band for a pastries, fruit and juice breakfast — and book it the day before, or any date up to 30 days ahead.

Parties and celebrations

Christmas parties, summer socials and everything in between

Book any date up to 30 days ahead, from the same 300+ vetted restaurants and caterers at their normal menu prices — not a fixed party menu someone else chose. Platters and buffets for the room, or individually boxed and labelled meals so nobody has to ask what they can eat. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and kosher options come from the kitchens themselves, and one flat £15 including VAT delivery covers the order however large the group.

A shared office buffet of platters laid out for a team celebration

Planning a Christmas party or an annual social? HMRC's £150-per-head annual functions exemption is generous but works as a cliff edge — a penny over and the whole amount becomes taxable. How the £150 rule actually works.

Find the right fit

An employee meal programme is the budget and the rules — these are the three ways your team can order against it. Mix and match on one platform and one invoice.
