How much technical work is needed from our side?

None, and none of it is required to start. If you want them, Ordit configures SSO, the SFTP feed from your HR system and the SAP Concur or Workday connection. You provide the employee list — names, emails, teams and locations — and confirm your budget rules.

How long does setup take?

Basic ordering can start the same day. Full enterprise setup — SSO, daily SFTP feeds and expense code mapping — takes one to two weeks including testing, all at no charge.

Can we run Ordit across multiple offices?

Yes. Each location gets its own budgets, delivery rules and restaurant curation, with reporting broken down by site. Everything still lands on one monthly invoice.

How are joiners and leavers handled?

With Workday or another SFTP-compatible HR system, it's automatic: new joiners appear in Ordit the next morning with their budget assigned, and leavers are deactivated overnight. Without SFTP, admins add or remove employees from the Admin Portal in seconds. Employees can also join themselves: share your company sign-up code and they enter it when they create an account with their work email. That attaches them to your company and its budget rules, no HR integration required.

Can we change budget rules after launch?

Any rule, any time, in the Admin Portal — amounts, teams, days, times or restaurant restrictions. Changes take effect immediately with no disruption to live orders.

What if we already use Just Eat for Business or Feedr?

You can run Ordit alongside an existing platform or replace it. We help migrate expense codes and reporting, and there is no lock-in or minimum spend on Ordit's side.

A daily SFTP feed from Workday or your HR system can register new joiners overnight with a budget assigned, and deactivate leavers.

Expense codes

Expense codes captured at checkout, mandatory or optional, free text or exact-match. They can be sent daily to SAP Concur, Coupa or P2P. No receipts.

Reporting

Spend by order, item, restaurant, employee, team or expense code — in the Admin Portal, exported to Excel, or via API.
